Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery and Execution (10%): Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure alignment and scope; review recommended solutions to ensure products meet company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
• Strategy and Planning (60%): Partner with Cross-Functional Programs or Technology Portfolios to align outcomes; cascade context to leadership and strategy to balanced teams using OKRs; reputed company cross-functional discovery and create holistic roadmaps with dependencies.
• Team and Stakeholder Management (30%): Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery; foster collaboration across teams and portfolios to drive value and resolve impediments; manage stakeholder expectations and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on reputed company benefits and user experience.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Minimum 8 years of work experience, with 2+ years of leadership experience.
