Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate distributors' performance against luxury market goals
  • Develop and execute strategic market plans to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with distributor sales teams and management to achieve sales objectives
  • Assist in developing distributor pricing and program strategies
  • Formulate market plans by channel and account to optimize sales performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 4 years of professional outside sales experience
  • Three-tier management experience in the wine or beverage industry
  • Strong understanding of luxury sales, consumer habits, and market trends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing chain accounts in on and off-premise settings
  • Strong negotiation and mediation skills
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining key trade account relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software
  • Passion for wine and continuous learning in the industry
