Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting, passive candidate sourcing, and talent pipeline development will be essential in creating an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities

• reputed company effective relationships with hiring managers, team members, vendors, and candidates to create an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, required qualifications, and skills to create a robust recruitment plan
• reputed company full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing candidates, conducting pre-employment screenings, and extending and negotiating offers
• Build deep talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques to find, engage, and activate passive candidates

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-cycle corporate recruitment experience and at least 2 years of success in passive candidate sourcing and building strong talent pipelines

• Expertise using a comprehensive Applicant Tracking System, such as reputed company
