About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service & Payment Collection Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collections and provide knowledgeable answers to their queries. You will work closely with your managers to receive feedback and coaching, and utilize scripted customer feedback to ensure that you are always reputed company to provide excellent customer service.
