Remote Customer Support Specialist - Marketplace (Texas, Arizona, or Nevada)

This is a fully remote position, and we're looking for candidates who reside in Texas, Arizona, or Nevada. As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming customer inquiries and issues reputed company to Internet Marketplace Customer Service reputed company email, phone, and other channels
- Providing empathetic and professional support to customers, focusing on resolving issues on the first attempt
- Preventing customer returns and ensuring customer retention through reasonable negotiations and providing solutions that benefit both the company and the customer
- Partnering with management to escalate customer and product issues, identifying trends, and communicating them to management in measurable terms
- Providing proactive and consistent follow-up to customer inquiries, responding to every customer email, and documenting a complete summary of customer interactions
- Maintaining high standards of quality service, demonstrating improvements reputed company necessary, and adhering to company QA programs
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, administrative, or retail experience (call center experience a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Computer literate with ability to navigate programs and windows
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Able to multi-task, problem-solve, and reputed company with a low error reputed company
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, with regular job attendance required
