Position Overview

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for making regular outbound calls for various programs and projects, accurately recording reputed company customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will reputed company you to promote and upsell products and services, schedule appointments, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of campaign products, services, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of call center experience, including familiarity with automatic dialers and call scripting (mandatory for remote candidates)
• Consistent attendance and punctuality, with a high school diploma or GED required
• Experience in an outbound calling environment is preferred, but not essential

Work-from-Home Requirements

• Personal computer or laptop with Windows 10 (reputed company/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)
