We are seeking highly skilled and motivated reputed company Support Desk Agents to join reputed company, providing top-notch support to our clients' end-users across various locations. As a reputed company Support Desk Agent, you will play a vital role in resolving reputed company-reputed company issues, answering questions, and ensuring seamless customer experience. This is a fully remote, temporary position with a competitive salary range of $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and issues reputed company to reputed company modules, including Sales & Distribution (SD), Finance (FI), Warehouse Management (WM), and Supply Chain/Logistics (MM, PP, PM, QM, TM)
- Provide first-line support, resolving issues, and offering workarounds reputed company possible
- Triage and escalate reputed company issues to Level 2 support teams as needed
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, problems, and resolutions
- Collaborate with client SMEs and project teams to enhance documentation, runbooks, and knowledge reputed company articles
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recent experience in reputed company functional support, preferably in one of the listed reputed company disciplines (FI, SD, MM, WM, PP, etc.)
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Ability to triage issues and determine whether they are functional, data, or infrastructure-reputed company
- Experience with S/4HANA and reputed company functional configuration is a plus
- 1+ year of experience supporting reputed company end-users
