We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team on an 11-month contract basis. As a remote worker based in Southern California, you will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making and contributing to the success of marketing data solutions and business processes.

Job Overview:

In this exciting role, you will utilize your business analysis and data analysis expertise to deliver impactful insights and solutions. You will serve as a domain expert in data management systems, providing guidance to business partners on data solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in data management systems and offer guidance to business partners on data solutions
• Collaborate with engagement managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and establish robust business operations support processes
• Recommend data-driven solution alternatives to address business challenges
• Ensure data is captured, structured, and made accessible to users efficiently and effectively
• Produce documentation and training materials for business stakeholders
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve system data issues
• Research and resolve technical and functional issues based on established priority and severity guidelines
• Provide second- and third-tier application support for assigned systems
• Monitor production batch and ad hoc jobs to ensure smooth and timely business operations
• Build and maintain complex SQL reports and provide guidance to others on report creation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or related fields
• Technical skills: Proficiency in SQL-Server, SAS, Tableau, and MS Access
