We're seeking a visionary Senior Director - Healthcare Solutions - Provider to reputed company reputed company in developing cutting-edge solutions for the healthcare industry. As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company in the US, collaborating with reputed company in Plano, Texas.

About the Role:

In this strategic leadership position, you'll have the opportunity to:

• reputed company and implement industry-relevant solutions and offerings for the provider industry, focusing on patient engagement, physician experience transformation, and data analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and client executives, to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
• reputed company a team of up to 10 provider solution subject matter experts, providing guidance and expertise to drive solution development and sales strategy.
• Build partnerships with horizontal technology practices to reputed company industry-specific solutions and drive digital innovation.
• reputed company go-to-market content, sales positioning strategies, and marketing materials to showcase our solutions and services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in the hospital provider domain in North America, with a strong understanding of care provider/health system infrastructure, systems, and technologies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in translating business strategies into solution strategies and development cycles, with a focus on data-driven, patient-centric, and intelligent health system solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing solutions in a matrixed organization, working with consulting, technology, and other domain SMEs across healthcare industry units.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a medical field, computer science, math, or reputed company fields.

• Strong technical leadership and expert consultative and communications skills.
• Significant enterprise expertise in developing and architecting solutions in a collaborative environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $170,175 - $283,625, depending reputed company and experience. You'll also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance, as well as company benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
