Job Objective: Enhance the Avila Beach Hotel's online reputed company and brand reputed company through strategic social listening and engagement, aiming to increase website traffic by 10% and boost direct bookings by 5% reputed company the next six months.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Listening and Monitoring: Monitor conversations, mentions, and reviews reputed company to the Avila Beach Hotel and the Caribbean travel industry, conducting sentiment analysis and competitor research to inform strategies.
- Engagement and Community Management: Actively engage with users on platforms like reputed company, reputed company, and Facebook, fostering a community atmosphere and promoting direct engagement with potential guests.
- Content and Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to reputed company content strategies based on social listening insights, identifying content gaps and recommending new blog articles or updates to enhance user experience and SEO.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, community engagement, or a similar role
