As a Software Implementation Consultant, you will:
- Implement software solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal business partners, including Sales, Client Services, IT, and Development, to drive successful implementations
- Develop customized solutions, define project plans, and report key implementation progress metrics
- Coach and prepare clients for successful rollouts, prioritizing and escalating issues as needed
- Partner with clients to understand their business needs, analyze existing systems, and exchange routine information with project team members
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in a client service or systems integration environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, and flexibility
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
