We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who can act as a true strategic partner—not just manage a calendar, but help drive results. About the Role: This is not your typical assistant role. You’ll be working side-by-side (remotely) with the founder to manage the business, organize operations, and help turn vision into reality. You’ll handle everything from calendar management and call list prep to transaction coordination and project execution. You’ll also support aspects of his personal life—so discretion, loyalty, and emotional intelligence are essential. We’re looking for someone who can keep up with a fast-moving, growth-minded entrepreneur and help build the systems and structure needed to scale—while protecting time for faith, family, and personal priorities. Key Responsibilities: Business Operations & Implementation

  • Own the founder’s daily schedule and calendar
  • Manage and triage email inbox—responding, flagging, and organizing
  • Create and track project plans for business initiatives
  • Communicate with agents, vendors, and clients as needed
  • Build and improve internal systems and SOPs

Lead Generation & Client Flow Support

  • Pull and prioritize daily call lists via CRM
  • Track follow-ups, appointments, and agreements signed
  • Act as primary point of contact during transaction process
  • Coordinate closings, inspections, and client updates

Personal Scheduling & Support

  • Schedule and manage family and personal commitments
  • Coordinate travel, errands, and reminders
  • Maintain confidentiality and high trust at all times

Vision to Execution

  • Help break down big ideas into clear action steps
  • Track progress on business goals and priorities
  • Lead weekly “Vision Sync” with founder
  • Proactively move initiatives forward

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-level executive assistant, operations, or project management role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong time management and decision-making abilities
  • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, CRM tools, project management apps)
  • Emotionally intelligent and loyal—you’re someone others can rely on
  • Must align with our values: faith-based, family-first, driven, respectful

Bonus if you have:

  • Real estate license/experience
  • Project management or marketing coordination experience
  • Located in Utah or familiar with the Northern Utah market
