Strategic Finance Manager (USA Remote)

We are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to join our reputed company team to be a trusted partner for SoundHound Leadership. Reporting to the Director of reputed company and working closely with the CFO, you will help your partners be successful and reputed company financial goals, grounded in financial reality through modeling and analysis. You will improve forecast reliability, enhance our reporting, improve reputed company processes, reputed company against leading industry players and plan the future of SoundHound business. In this role you will:

• Assess and identify industry peers in reputed company markets to reputed company SoundHound
• Evaluate and execute a variety of strategic initiatives, including investments, and strategic projects & partnerships
• Manage SoundHound’s corporate P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasts, understanding important levers and driving top-line growth balanced with profitability
• Partner with Business Leaders, reputed company and COO org on headcount management and hiring process improvement
• Assist in running month-end reputed company with accounting team, summarize executive key levers to any variances from expectation/forecasts
• Strive to forecast financial results reputed company 2% accuracy and provide recommendations by developing an understanding of SoundHound's business model
• Improve financial processes and identify areas to implement system improvements to support hyper-growth at scale

We would love to hear from you if you are or have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or comparable quantitative field.
• 6+ years of reputed company, strategic planning, P&L management or reputed company experience (e.g. Investment Banking, Management Consulting), with a focus on software and technology
• Expert in reputed company and reputed company Sheets; comfortable with different modeling techniques and shortcuts, ability to reputed company analysis and models that influence decisions
• Able to work in ambiguous environment but still drive results, solve reputed company problems, exercise judgement based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
• reputed company strong quantitative skills, a good sense of how to dissect problems and a strong ability to “connect the dots” – e.g. understand how pieces of data interact with each other or how one finding would influence the result of another analysis
• Experience using financial planning systems such as reputed company or Adaptive
• Approach work with curiosity, an eye for both detail and big picture, strong initiative, and a can-do mentality
