Key Responsibilities
- Wealth Management Support Incorporate Key support for execs/industries in financial planning, wealth advisory/management, private equity.
- Calendar and Email Management: reputed company executive scheduling, correspondence, and task prioritization.
- Presentation Preparation: Create polished presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.

Key Skills and Attributes
- Financial Acumen: Prior experience in wealth management and familiarity with financial industry-specific tools, such as RedTail CRM, is a plus.
- Detail-oriented: Precision in managing multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.
- Self-motivated: Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

Requirements
