This role is available on both a part-time and full-time basis, focusing on delivering exceptional customer care. This is a performance-based role, flexible schedules, and work from home. You provide your own equipment and this is 1099 self-employment with uncapped commissions. We do have certain insurances, 401K rollovers, and Annuity benefits available to agents. It is crucial to note that this is not a call center or sales-oriented role, as clients are provided but only after your training and licensing is completed, eliminating the need for outbound prospecting. If you do not get your license, you may send referrals as well and our dedicated trainers will help you reputed company money from those referrals you send. Successful candidates will be self-motivated individuals with the ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people.
