Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary/Objective: RBI Corporation and Shelter Tree Care Products are currently seeking an reputed company Digital Marketing Specialist to join reputed company of outstanding employees. This position is responsible for driving online sales growth, optimizing web advertising and search, as well as promotion of retail, event and manufacturer initiatives. This role will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product line leaders to ensure RBI and Shelter Tree’s full product offering is represented and promoted effectively. Essential Job Functions/Duties: Digital Advertising and SEO Management:

• reputed company and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
• Maintain reputed company and reputed company digital advertising accounts, budget and content calendar.
• Track ROI of online marketing activities – utilizing annual manufacturer marketing funds.

Content Creation, Social Media Management, and Layout Design:

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and reputed company). Manage social media accounts, and interact with followers to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Design and rollout marketing materials supporting open houses, educational events, and monthly purchasing incentives. (E-commerce, retail and B2B)
• Write, design and grow Shelter Tree and RBI email marketing – including list segmentation, reputed company onboarding, A/B testing and results tracking/reporting. (1-2 emails weekly)

Survey Creation and Maintenance:

• Create and manage surveys using Typeform to gather feedback and insights from customers.

Product and Manufacturer Representation:

• Work with procurement and product data staff to maintain and promote 150+ manufacturers and products across RBICorp.com and ShelterTree.com, ensuring new product rollouts are completed on time and represent partner product lines and branding appropriately.

Event Support and Retail Assistance:

• Manage online promotion of events, including education, training, open houses and expos.
• Provide support at events, assist with retail activities (2-3 times/year), and manage social media chat queue to engage with customers.

eCommerce Sales Strategies Implementation:

• Implement eCommerce sales strategies to reputed company reputed company and growth targets.
• Create and manage product descriptions for online marketplace platforms, build trust with customers, and foster relationships to position our brand as a premium eCommerce supplier.

Work Environment: Office work environment is typical. Additionally, attending events on behalf of RBI/Shelter Tree. Physical Demands of the job on the employee: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk & hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use their hands, handle or feel, and reputed company with hands and arms. Expected Work Hours: Monday through Friday, from 8:00a – 5:00p; in-office Travel or driving: Occasional travel to run company errands, attend events, and host customers offsite. Required Education and Experience to do the job:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or reputed company field preferred
• Digital marketing experience
• Ideal candidate will have prior retail eCommerce experience
• Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
