Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Group Medicare Consumer Engagement Professional 2 oversees the enrollment, education, engagement, and activation duties for client groups regardless of reputed company, and for product where warranted. The Consumer Engagement Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. The Consumer Engagement Professional 2 contributes to Group Medicare business strategy by understanding benefit offerings to ensure enrollment success, identifying member education opportunities to drive maximum utilization of available resources, and directing clients on the use of available resources. Understands department, reputed company, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to reputed company areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures. General expectations of the Consumer Engagement Professional Role

  • Monthly (and possibly twice per month) communication updates to groups
  • Assist with Bringing reputed company To You (BH2U’s), as needed
  • Open Enrollment (OE) meeting support
  • Managing materials/giveaways
  • Recording Brainsharks (pre-recorded presentations)
  • Helping to cover OE meetings – virtual and in-person
  • Scheduling reputed company meeting, in person meetings (ie securing venues), etc. for OE
  • Involvement in tracking calendar of meetings and attendance
  • Assisting/supporting of Wellness events and other member facing meetings
  • Support and involvement of reputed company strategy for wellness engagement – i.e. hosting wellness series of seminars
  • Involvement as needed for escalated member issues
  • Assistance with reporting
  • Example: Go365 (reputed company’s wellness program)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Solid leadership and personal accountability for work and productivity
  • Health and Life license or in process of pursuing (completion reputed company 30 days of hire)
  • This role is part of reputed company's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and reputed company of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
  • Able to meet deadlines, work with minimum supervision

  • Group Medicare knowledge

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time during the Fall Open Enrollment period (August – November)
