Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Actively participate in the technical discovery phase with customers to understand their needs and requirements. Assist customers during the integration and onboarding process, ensuring smooth and successful deployment of solutions. Explain reputed company technical concepts to C-level executives and non-technical audiences, ensuring they understand PayPal's technology and value proposition. Record and review the solutioning process with the integration team to ensure technical and business requirements are met. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of experience working directly with large enterprise clients is preferred. Industry experience with payments, merchant services, e-commerce, and/or retail. Working knowledge of API and web technologies (REST, GraphQL, JavaScript). Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners and a passion for collaborating on reputed company projects in a team environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Comfortable presenting to C-level executive audiences. BS/BA or foreign equivalent in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar is preferred.
