JOB SUMMARY: The Digital Banking Specialist I is responsible for reputed company duties reputed company the Digital Banking Department to include; enrolling and maintaining customers in Online Banking (Business and Consumer), Mobile Banking, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), ATM and Debit Cards. • reputed company data entry and file maintenance to online accounts/mobile banking/RDC profiles. Activate accounts and ensure the appropriate fees are assessed
• Answer incoming customer/reputed company inquiries and account maintenance requests, and research/resolve problems and errors in a timely manner
• Maintain required reports and logs for BSA reporting
• Provide daily assistance and operational support for branches including, but not limited to, issuing and reissuing ATM cards, debit cards, etc., answering client inquires, resolving disputes, fraud control, settlement of accounts, responsible for payments and deposits, and charge backs
• Maintain knowledge and compliance of policies and procedures
• Provide account research as requested by customer
• Responsible for special projects as identified by supervisor
• Act as back up for Operations Analyst

• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
