Job Description

The Associate Director of R&D QA (RDQA) Analytics, Center of Excellence (ACE) is responsible for supporting the management and effective delivery of both large and small-scale ACE analytics and business initiatives in support of reputed company business units reputed company R&D Quality Assurance (RDQA). The Associate Director ACE utilizes data analytics skills and tools to analyze vertex data systems and procedures to recommend and implement strategic process improvements with an aim to reputed company the R&D Quality organization (RDQA) to expand and improve data collection, analysis and interpretation. This role will support the RDQA quality analytics center of excellence driving progressive quality strategies and programs as the Vertex organization continues to grow and evolve in a dynamic and innovative way. The individual will support developing and delivering integrated, cross-modality, and cross-GxP metrics and analysis that support quality governance, operational QA management reputed company, and evaluation of the health of core QMS systems, among others. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to turn data into information that helps drive decisions.

  • Strong data visualization skills and experience with relevant tools (e.g. Spotfire, Power BI, and/or Tableau).

  • Understanding of industry requirements/expectations of a Clinical Quality Management System and Clinical Trial Management

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or allied health field (or equivalent degree)
  • Typically requires 8 years of work experience and 2 years of management experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
