• Working with inbound warm leads

• Conducting phone sales, identifying client needs

• Preparing commercial offers, contracts, and working with CRM

• Guiding the client through the full sales cycle

• Collaborating with marketing to improve conversion rates

• At least 1 year of phone sales experience

• Fluent Turkish — both spoken and written

• Understanding of SPIN selling and persuasion techniques

• Strong desire to earn and grow in sales

• High level of self-discipline and result orientation
