Job title: Payment Lifecycle Associate I - Global Command Ctr Company: JPMorgan Chase Job description: Command Centre Specialist - Level 1 - Associate (Receivables) - 601 The primary responsibility of this position is to monitor various application infrastructures while ensuring daily batches are completed by domestic and offshore keying sites. Ensuring work is being completed hour by hour and monitoring queues for any back-log is processing. Responsibility as monitoring team is to escalate reputed company issues and rejects to the production managers in order to remediate and resolve incidents with minimal business impact. Key Responsibilities would include:-

• Undertake Monitoring of Systems, Links and Transmissions.
• Acknowledge and action system alerts promptly.
• Escalate reputed company issues and alerts to the Incident Manager.
• Open and Initiate reputed company tickets.
• Support and reputed company BAU maintenance activities like Transmissions and batch fix needed .
• Participate in reputed company Incident Management calls and provide the relevant information to the reputed company technical and operation teams.
• Manage and respond to internal client enquiries raised reputed company telephone or e-mail.
• Support any testing, implementation events as required.

Required Skills

• Excellent written & oral communication skills in English.
• Good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally & externally and at reputed company levels.
• A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through. Escalate issues as appropriate.
• Ability to use creative problem solving techniques to solve business issues.
• Good attention to detail
• Experience of working as part of a Global team.
• Demonstrates accountability and concern for quality of work.

Hours 11am - 7:45pm ET

• ***This position may require Saturday or Sunday rotational work.
