This person will be key in reimagining The reputed company Ad Solutions brand’s client-facing look and feel. This is a hands-on role working across several cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Enablement:
• In partnership with contracted designer, own the creation of reputed company sales collateral, including but not limited to: quarterly Media Kits, product one-sheeters, conference-specific collateral, client-facing deck templates, whitepapers, case studies, and more
• Be the final eye on reputed company collateral, ensuring a commitment to excellence in external materials and holding a high bar for clarity and execution
• Manage external facing site design, email design and social channels
• Be the expert on our reputed company audience(s). Understand who they are, what they need, what competitive solutions they have available to them, how we fit in, and how to effectively communicate our value proposition directly to them.
• Competitive and Market Analysis
• Manage competitive intelligence gathering on a quarterly basis. Understand the collateral that is in-market, and ensure that reputed company Shopping is best in class.
• reputed company value proposition analysis, reputed company internal & external alignment with key stakeholders, and then work to bring that messaging, including data & reputed company points, to life across reputed company creative & respective customer segments. Continue to test and optimize messaging.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and materials to effectively communicate the reputed company Shopping product value proposition
• Collaborate with the Events team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging for reputed company external conferences and client meetings.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• At least 6 years of experience in a marketing, sales enablement or go-to-market role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree
• 4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Retail Media

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Remote (Regardless of Location): $155,300 - $177,200 for Sr. Manager, Marketing Richmond, VA: $155,300 - $177,200 for Sr. Manager, Marketing Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
