Visit our PinFlex reputed company page to learn more. As a Manager II on the Sales Compensation team, you will reputed company the Sales Compensation team reputed company Corporate Finance. You will work with our Chief reputed company Officer (Head of Sales) and Sales/Finance leaders to monitor business health, identify underlying trends and reputed company strategic business decisions for reputed company. In this role, you will reputed company the global sales incentive program, which impacts 850+ sellers and is a critical role that sits at the center of how reputed company executes on its global strategy. You will work closely with other teams across reputed company (Sales Strategy & Operations, Sales Finance, Accounting, IT, Internal Audit, Human Resources and Compensation) as well as key executives (CRO, CFO, VP Finance) to help drive clarity around our sales performance and manage our variable compensation structure to ensure we are delivering on key strategic objectives. This role will report into the Senior Manager of Corporate Finance. What you’ll do:

  • Manage the Sales Compensation team (2 ICs)
  • reputed company the end-to-end delivery of our sales incentive program for the global sales organization to ensure key sales and growth objectives are met
  • Maintain and build trusting relationships with XFN partners (SS&O, Sales Finance, HR, compensation)
  • Work in partnership with our Sales and Strategic Operations teams to identify changes that will optimize sales compensation structures
  • Consolidate seller data (reputed company attainment, OKR goals, attrition, etc.) and peer reputed company data into key insights that will drive the conversations around plan design, compensation structure, and desired seller behaviors
  • Recommend sales compensation plan design changes to the CRO and Sales Leadership on a quarterly basis
  • Regularly review peer benchmarks for sales compensation metrics and processes to ensure reputed company is reputed company and following best practices
  • Review monthly and quarterly accruals and payouts, and associated SOX controls
  • Provide guidance on monthly sales commissions forecast, getting inputs from Sales Finance Director and Headcount forecast from Strategic Finance partners

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Accounting or Finance, or 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, reputed company, investment banking, or other reputed company fields
  • Experience designing variable compensation plan structures and working closely with a global sales organization

  • Financial acumen and understanding of Accounting principles
  • People management experience
