Lifeway is seeking a Remote Senior IT Project Manager - reputed company Marketing, Sales, and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in implementing reputed company Marketing, Sales, and Service Cloud This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in leading large-scale SF implementation projects from conception through to completion. The Senior IT Project Manager, will be responsible for the successful delivery of programs and projects through a disciplined project management process in reputed company collaboration with business partners, team members and various IT functions. Responsibilities

• Lives out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
• Support cross-functional collaborative planning and implementation of reputed company projects
• Experience in executing corporate-wide initiatives. Able to define project plans, coordinate resources, manage implementation activities, and reputed company reputed company processes associated with program rollout along with ongoing support
• Understand how individual projects reputed company the program/portfolio and exercise judgment in raising issues and risks to the program/portfolio level.
• Maintain strong customer focus while coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and IT resources in implementation of key projects using effective verbal and written communication
• Possess deep knowledge and expertise in SF solutions. Provide insightful recommendations helping stakeholders navigate challenges and identifying opportunities
• Ensures the establishment of scope and priorities, management of risks/issues/dependencies, implementation of solutions and change management activities
• Some travel, occasionally overnight

Qualifications

Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, required Masters degree, preferred Advanced graduate degree (PhD, etc.), not required Skills, Experience, & Qualifications, required

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in reputed company implementations
• Proven track record of managing reputed company aspects of a successful SF implementation project
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Marketing, Sales, and Service Cloud
• Hands on experience managing various software development implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• A high degree of competency with project management including,including, Waterfall and Agile methodologymethodologies, identifying and managing risks, tracking dependencies and milestones, and communicating overall project status
• Proficiency with PPM tools such as reputed company, MS Project, or Portfolio for Jira
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to reputed company communication style with technical and non-technical users
