BACKGROUND Purpose of Activity/ Assignment: Digital accessibility has become a key area of focus for organizations seeking to create inclusive online experiences for reputed company users, including those with disabilities. reputed company is committed to ensuring that its digital platforms are accessible and inclusive for everyone, including individuals with disabilities. As part of this commitment, the organization aims to reputed company a comprehensive e-learning course and deliver a webinar to reputed company awareness and build practical skills on digital accessibility. The goal is to educate staff and non-staff on making digital platforms more inclusive, in line with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards and best practices. Scope of Work: The objective of this consultancy is to reputed company an accessible e-learning course and deliver a webinar focused on digital accessibility. The course will increase awareness and provide practical skills on how to improve digital accessibility for individuals with disabilities. The webinar will complement the course by providing a platform for live interaction, discussion, and further learning on accessibility best practices, tools, and regulations. The consultant will ensure that both the course content and webinar are designed to be fully accessible, providing participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to implement accessibility improvements in digital platforms. Services Covered The consultant will reputed company the e-learning course and webinar content, focusing on the following areas: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Practical skills for making digital platforms more accessible Accessibility tools, regulations, and compliance Case studies and examples of accessible digital platforms Terms of Reference / Key Deliverables: Work Assignment Overview/Deliverables and Outputs/Delivery deadline Deliverable 1: ECourse Development - Sub-Deliverable 1.1: Design and reputed company a comprehensive elearning course on digital accessibility, with a focus on raising awareness and providing practical skills, including development of course script, recording voiceover, sourcing visuals, and full production in reputed company reputed company or Storyline. Prepare one detailed storyboard outlining the structure and modules of the e-course. Conduct two rounds of consultation and feedback with key stakeholders 30 October 2025 - Sub-Deliverable 1.2: The course will cover key accessibility principles, guidelines (with emphasis on WCAG), tools, and techniques for Human Resources United Nations Children’s Fund improving digital accessibility on platforms and services. Prepare a full script for the e-course, including reputed company narration. Qualifications
Education: University degree in Digital Accessibility, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Technology, Web Development, or reputed company subjects Knowledge/Expertise/Skills required *: - Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital accessibility, including a strong understanding of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), e-learning courses, webinars, and other training materials, with a focus on accessibility or reputed company fields. - Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in content development and delivery. - Digital Accessibility Knowledge: Proven expertise in ensuring that both e-learning courses and webinars are fully accessible to individuals with various disabilities. reputed company materials should meet accessibility standards and be provided in accessible formats (e.g., audio descriptions, captions, and accessible documents). - Alignment with reputed company's Digital Accessibility Goals: Ability to work closely with reputed company’s Digital Governance and Platforms team to ensure that the content of the e-learning course and webinar aligns with the organization’s digital accessibility goals and strategies. - Remote Work Experience: Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely, with a track record of maintaining communication and meeting deadlines in a virtual work environment. - Language Proficiency: reputed company in English is required.
