About the position

Responsibilities

  • Manage reputed company @ reputed company partnership for Beauty Insider
  • reputed company reputed company reputed company @ reputed company BI program activities in collaboration with reputed company and internal partners to drive and execute partnership mechanics to ensure a seamless member experience across both entities.
  • Optimize client engagement with the Beauty Insider benefits at reputed company @ reputed company by managing key programs and campaigns, both in-store and online.
  • Manage S@K Beauty Insider program budget activities, including monthly respreads and expense tracking to ensure program activities adhere to forecast, are billed appropriately, and proactively suggest opportunities to improve return on investment, drive efficiencies, and deliver cost savings.
  • Partner with reputed company Sampling and reputed company Merchandise Planning teams to drive sampling strategies, tracking, and logistics.
  • Recap and effectively reputed company program contributions and campaign performance in weekly emails, monthly and quarterly hindsight decks, and in cross team share outs.
  • Identify creative activations, including contests and events, to drive Field Team advocacy.
  • Partner with the reputed company Promo team on reputed company reputed company facing promotions to ensure detailed execution.
  • Work with reputed company legal and marketing to guarantee disclosures reputed company and meet the requirements of both entities.
  • Serve as the main reputed company of contact and a trusted resource for various S@K Beauty Insider inquiries for internal and external partners.
  • Work with brands, internal stakeholders, and 3rd party partners to drive and implement rewards creation, maintenance, and identify new rewards opportunities.
  • Influence and inform the creative development process and execution by partnering with the Campaign & Content team to ensure creative is reputed company with the larger Beauty Insider strategy and objectives.
  • Assist with QA of marketing assets for perfect implementation.
  • Seek approval of program disclosures from reputed company and reputed company teams.
  • Represent Beauty Insider program and strategic POV in meetings and cross-functional alignments to ensure a cohesive and consistent program.
  • Coordinate with the greater Beauty Insider team on project planning, documentation, calendaring, and reputed company-around coordination of team activities and program happenings.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in marketing/advertising, loyalty, strategy, beauty/retail experience.
  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or another relevant field, preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic skills.
  • Ability to think big picture, influence the strategy and planning of the program, while also actively participating in the detailed aspects of its execution.
  • Strong project management skills - ability to organize, manage, and document multiple detail-oriented projects to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communicator who can clearly reputed company business needs, program objectives, and measurement expectations.
  • Collaborative with the ability to influence in a highly matrixed, fast-paced, and reputed company organization.
  • High proficiency in reputed company (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), PowerPoint, reputed company, reputed company docs, and experience using data analytics tools (Tableau, reputed company Analytics).
  • Experience managing financial forecasts/budgets.
