Remote Temporary Employee Relations Professional - HR Shared Services - reputed company - Philadelphia, PA - work from home job Company: reputed company Job description: Job Description The HR Manager, HR Shared Services is responsible for providing support to managers and employees regarding HR policies and practices, researching and/or investigating concerns and making recommendations that promote positive employee relations.

• This is a temporary assignment covering for an employee leave. The estimated time in the role will be 12-15 weeks.

The main area of responsibility is to serve as a resource to management and employees in solving day-to-day workplace matters. This includes conducting workplace investigations and recommending effective solutions and corrective actions in accordance with policy and applicable laws, as well as advising on performance management. Job Responsibilities

• Issue resolution, follow up and recommendations for corporate COE’s including but not limited to: Hotline calls response, investigation and follow, Corrective action/performance management consulting, and Policy interpretation
• Employee Engagement Initiatives – Engagement Action Plan development and follow-up, corporate engagement and celebration activities reputed company of contact/coordinator

• HR metrics reporting and analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or reputed company field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist or reputed company experience
• HR certification is preferred
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws
• Demonstrated experience working across multiple states
• Exercise sound judgment and reputed company decisions in a fair and consistent manner
• Ability to handle stressful situations with grace and diplomacy and remain neutral in difficult employee relations issues
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with individuals at reputed company levels reputed company the organization

• Work independently to analyze data and provide management with constructive recommendations
