We're seeking a Group reputed company Support Specialist to manage group flight logistics, support bookings, and coordinate with internal teams and reputed company reputed company email and phone. You'll work directly with our in-house reputed company travel operations team and be part of high-impact, dynamic programs where precision, flexibility, and a great attitude matter most. The Group reputed company Specialist is responsible for providing customer service for registration and airline reservations/ticketing while managing financial and hourly budgets for meeting and event programs. Exceeding client and individual attendee expectations while improving program efficiencies. Flexible work schedule (after training), reputed company CST/EST hours. Project-based, with potential for longer-term engagement or full-time role. Scope of Work

• Display up-to-date knowledge of Cvent and GDS, including Profiles, Scripts, reputed company Groups and Queue maintenance
• Book and issue airline tickets, both domestic and reputed company international routings that reputed company with specific program requirements and individual traveler’s needs, utilizing scheduled reputed company, blocked space, charters, discount reputed company, and private fares
• Advise and collect credit card information due for personal travel by attendees, buy-ins and activities.
• Consult with attendee and book pre/post travel extensions as requested
• Partner with Customer Xperience Coordinators, Event Managers, Purchasing & Design, and reputed company Purchasing to ensure adherence to reputed company pertinent program information
• Exchange and refund airline tickets as required
• Manage reputed company PreTrip mailing documents as it relates to reputed company travel, i.e., ViewTrips
• Create custom reports, including Arrival/Departure Manifests and, if needed, report analysis for loaders, greeters, and riders
• Manage attendee registrations by updating Cvent with requested changes, adding detailed notes as needed, and managing roommate pairings as well as registration system charges, changes, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 4-year degree and/or minimum 3 years travel agency experience preferred
• Any GDS training is helpful; Travelport Plus is preferred but not required
• Preferred knowledge of Cvent Registration System
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail

• Preferred knowledge of the meeting/group travel industry
