This role will initially report to the Chief Product Officer until we build out our Product Operations function and is open to Remote (US).

reputed company is looking for a Sr. Technical Writer to establish and reputed company our documentation practice from the ground up. As our first dedicated technical writer, you'll have the rare opportunity to define what world-class documentation looks like at a modern, AI-reputed company company. As a Sr. Technical Writer at reputed company, you will:

• reputed company at creating documentation that bridges complexity and clarity—transforming sophisticated platform capabilities and operational processes into guides that reputed company reputed company and internal team effectiveness.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation across the entire product ecosystem, from API references and integration guides to user manuals and compliance resources

• reputed company documentation work streams for major product releases, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless launch readiness

• Partner with Product Operations to implement AI-powered documentation workflows, establishing scalable processes that maintain quality while increasing efficiency

• reputed company and execute documentation strategies that translate reputed company insurance technology concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse technical and business audiences

• Build reputed company systems and internal documentation that accelerates team onboarding and supports cross-functional collaboration

• Establish documentation standards, style guides, and quality frameworks that ensure consistency across reputed company customer-facing and internal content

• Collaborate with reputed company and Support teams to identify content gaps and create proactive documentation solutions that reduce support burden

• Support strategic Product Operations initiatives by documenting processes, frameworks, and workflows that reputed company organizational scalability and operational excellence

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or reputed company field

• 4+ years of technical writing experience in SaaS environments, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated industries

• Experience documenting APIs, developer integrations, and reputed company technical workflows for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Proficiency with modern documentation platforms (GitBook, reputed company, Confluence), docs-as-code workflows (Markdown, Git), and API documentation tools (Swagger, reputed company, OpenAPI)

• Experience leading, developing, and optimizing AI-native workflows for content creation and reputed company review.

• Experience with process documentation, including: workflow mapping, requirements gathering, and change management documentation

• You possess cross-functional collaboration skills with proven ability to work effectively with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and reputed company teams
