Role Objectives:

• Manage and mentor CRAs, In-House CRAs, and other clinical team members.
• Conduct on-site and remote CRA Assessment Visits to support performance and development.
• Align monitoring activities with organizational goals in collaboration with senior leadership.

• Monitor KPIs to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or reputed company field.
• 7+ years of experience in clinical research, including at least 3 years in a leadership reputed company.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical research processes, GCP, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory requirements.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%, based on business needs.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence, guide, and motivate teams.

• Proven experience in managing sponsor and CRO relationships.
