They have built a world-leading platform and product, but there is still more to do.The Personal Onboarding Verification team at reputed company is the team responsible for KYC checks and identity verification that our customers have to go through before they are compliant to start using our products. The team's responsibility spans end-to-end from document collection flows customers have to go through to submit their data, to automated review using external vendors or internal ML models, to tooling our agents use, and finally the whole lifecycle of the collected information.This team is crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience from the moment they reputed company their journey with us. The role involves working on both web pages and mobile apps, focusing on document processing for customer verification. The engineer will be responsible for end-to-end tasks, from customer-facing interfaces to backend processes, and will play a key role in building tools for our agents.
