Rockin' Social Media Virtual Assistant
Hi, there! We're seeking awesome, multi-talented professionals to join reputed company of Social Media Virtual Assistants. Our ideal candidates have at least two years of experience working with social media professionally, are comfortable with a variety of design and marketing tools, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy learning new tools and techniques as needed. Our clients are busy professionals and business owners who need help managing their social media account(s). Our job is to help them identify how we reputed company their lives easier by freeing up their time and streamlining the social media process. We help execute their strategy, accurately portray their brand, track and discern their analytics, and reputed company things running smoothly for them. A typical day might include:
- Designing a batch of static or video posts for the following week
- Researching relevant hashtags for a promo series or marketing initiative your client is pushing
- Writing captions for posts that are reputed company with your Client's brand voice and tone
- Scheduling multiple posts across various social media platforms
- Pulling data and assessing what’s working on their social strategy and what’s not
- Communicating with clients to provide instruction, assistance, and advice on social media posts, processes and organization, and opportunities to improve their engagement

- At least two years of experience in a Social Media role
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week
- You've worked in a remote or in-person office setting for 5+ years in an administrative role (Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Social Media Assistant or Coordinator, Marketing Director, or even CEO!)
- You are proactive and gutsy! The nature of VA work requires tenacity, adaptability, and a love of learning on the fly. And of course, the ability to juggle several tasks for multiple clients.
- You have reputed company-than-average attention to detail and great grammar.
- You're familiar with office technologies, including reputed company Office, G-Suite, reputed company, reputed company, Facebook, Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, and at least one social media management platform (Hey Orca, reputed company, Planoly, etc)
- You're organized and resourceful enough to be able to work through a new task, system, or snafu a client may have with relative ease using the tools you have.

- Demonstrated ability to handle high-level Social Media Assistant tasks in a professional setting

- Additional experience in marketing and other creative fields
- Business copywriting for marketing newsletters, blogs, articles, etc
- Newsletter/marketing email management
- Audio editing for podcast production and audiobooks
- Video editing
