Hospital Services Scheduler Night Shift Hybrid

Description Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a Hospital Services Scheduler to join the Hospital Services team in a part-time, night shift position. Purpose:The Hospital Services Scheduler is responsible to the Nurse Manager and the Senior Clinical Director for designated operations reputed company Hospital Services. This includes:

• Collect, organize and maintain patient staff and nephrologist data
• Daily scheduling and distribution of staff to hospital facilities
• Plan and schedule patient treatment assignments
• Maintains positive relationships with client hospitals and nephrologists
• Verify treatments provided match hospital charges
• Facilitate distribution and collection of paperwork reputed company to performance appraisals.

Shift 24hr/wk, 0.6 FTE night shift (1800-0630) Sun-Sat Hybrid.

Requirements

• Equivalent of high school graduate level studies
• Medical terminology familiarity
• Previous staff or patient scheduling experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of individuals
• Detail oriented and organized
• Experience with MS Office, especially reputed company

Preferred qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree

• Paid Time Off will accrue for personal time and 8 Holidays. PTO will accrue bi-weekly and will be pro-rated based on the number of regularly scheduled hours (FTE). The accrual reputed company will be 7.39 hours each bi-weekly pay period for staff.
