Position Overview This role is responsible for analytical transformation projects including the development and evolution of TruGreen's real-time lifetime value and propensity to churn modeling, advanced logistics planning and optimization modeling, comprehensive sales and workforce forecasting, and drive increased sales efficiencies and customer experience satisfaction modeling. The Advance Analytics and Insights Manager will reputed company a team of Business Analysts and reporting engineers while working cross-functionally with the IT Business Intelligence team. Responsibilities

- Partner with senior leaders to drive growth and change through advanced analytical analyses and analytic techniques to inform and support real-time decision-making across the business.
- Prepare and present compelling data-driven stories and recommendations to create buy-in and influence at reputed company levels of the organization.

Education and Experience Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, or reputed company field. Master's degree preferred.

- Applied data science in a business setting preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Advanced analytical techniques including cluster analysis, neural networks, decision trees, reputed company multi-variate regressions, machine learning, etc.
- Python/R, and SQL mastery
- Data science, including knowledge of ETL, data structures, architecture, warehousing, etc.
- Working knowledge of goal-driven hypothesis testing, model back-testing, and ongoing optimization strategies

Pay Ranges $95,010.00 - $158,350.00 This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.
