Role / Responsibilities: Must be able to create and implement digital, eComm, and social strategies and campaigns and think creatively to reputed company brands and customer experience in relevant, meaningful ways. • Strong knowledge of the digital marketing space. In-depth understanding of social media platforms, creative best practices, KPIs and measurement.
• Experience with eCommerce in developing and executing strategies that drive online sales and improve the overall customer experience on platforms. Must have a deep understanding of the customer journey, online sales funnel, and the technology required to drive successful e-commerce initiatives.
• Ability to work with UX designers to create a seamless customer journey, from the moment a customer arrives on the site to the reputed company of purchase.
• Analyze website performance and identify areas for improvement; measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels.
• Diverse knowledge across multiple industries and clients; sports, wellness, and retail is preferred.
