Job Description

This is a remote position. MasonBlue reputed company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Skills Trainer to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive cybersecurity training programs to a diverse audience. The trainer will utilize their deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices to educate and reputed company individuals and organizations to safeguard their digital assets. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a strong background in training and education.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and technologies, including but not limited to firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, SIEM, and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain reputed company technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Training Skills: Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and delivering engaging training sessions. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to motivate and reputed company learners.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Familiarity with programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
