QC Manager--CQM Required

QC Manager--OCONUS Position Overview The QC Manager will reputed company operations OCONUS and ensure compliance with federal regulations at a project site in Australia for the full project duration of 3 years. This position will be representing a US based Prime Contractor with ongoing US and overseas projects. Ability and willingness to travel internationally is required. NOTE: Prior experience working on USACE and/or NAVFAC projects and active CQM certification is required for serious consideration. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and implement quality control plans and procedures for construction projects including civil and vertical scope.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• reputed company and manage the quality control team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports, records, and compliance certifications.
• Train and mentor team members and other staff on quality control practices and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices reputed company to quality management in construction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant civil and vertical construction experience (3+ years of QC management)
• Prior experience on overseas federal construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a reputed company field
• Active CQM cert
• Successful track record of completion on DOD construction
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to obtain a reputed company clearance
• Prior experience with hangar construction is a PLUS
