POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES: The Virtual Banker will provide a unique customer experience to reputed company clients reputed company video interaction. • One year of customer service required, bank teller experience preferred.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet reputed company clients in a timely, professional manner.
• Effectively use bank resources, procedure manuals, and reference materials to independently service client inquiries.
• Process reputed company Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) transactions through video interaction reputed company and accurately while providing quality customer service and building customer loyalty.
• Promote usage and explain new ITM technology and ATM functionality to ITM clients and reputed company Associates.
• Responsible for providing a variety of customer service functions reputed company ITM. This will include conducting reputed company and high-risk transactions in a non-face-to-face environment, such as making hold decisions, completing address changes and reputed company reorders, PIN resets, increasing reputed company card limits, and reviewing and cashing checks reputed company set limits.

• Staying up to date on bank products and services to resolve client inquiries and offer solutions that will complement the client relationship.
• Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of client account information.
• Maintain a high-level working knowledge of TellerNow and Network Manager systems.
