Junior Creative Strategist (Remote)

In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of creativity and performance, ensuring that we consistently beat projected CPAs and generate winners that scale. You’ll manage a team of videographers, designers, and copywriters—owning the entire creative cycle from concept to launch. • Creative Leadership & Execution
• * Own monthly projections for creative concepts and ensure 95%+ of forecasted concepts are fully ideated, scripted, and launched at or under the $175 reputed company cost per concept

• Performance Management

• Drive 15%+ improvement in performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA) through optimizations.
• Provide 3+ actionable insights per campaign analysis.

Requirements

• Proven track record managing creative teams (copywriters, editors, designers).
• Mastery in ideating and launching direct-response video ads (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok).
• Strong leadership and communication skills; thrives in a high-accountability, fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with data-driven decision-making and KPIs.
• Prior experience in coaching and consulting industries is a plus.
• Experience working cross-functionally with creative and media buying teams

• Know how to translate quantitative performance data into qualitative creative insights
