What You’ll Do: Once onboarded, your role as a real estate agent with KW includes:

• Representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
• Managing leads through our CRM and following up with clients regularly
• Conducting property showings, open houses, and listing appointments
• Attending ongoing coaching and business development trainings
• Participating in weekly team or office meetings to sharpen your skillset
• Marketing yourself and your listings both online and in your community
• Staying reputed company on local market trends and inventory
• Upholding Keller Williams’ values of reputed company, service, and productivity

• Active real estate license (or have recently passed your exam) in NH, ME, MA, or VT

Compensation & Flexibility:

• Job Types: Full-time or Part-time (you choose!)
• Compensation Range: $30,000 to $250,000+ per year (100% commission-based model)
• Schedule: Fully flexible—you set your own hours
• Work Location: Hybrid – based in Wolfeboro,NH with remote work flexibility
