JOB SUMMARY As an Odyssey agent, you’ll serve as a trusted real estate advisor, guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, self-discipline, and dedication to building their brand and business in a highly competitive industry. This role involves a high level of professionalism, customer and client interaction, and excellent communication skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research, analysis, and presentations.
- Master contracts, disclosures, and legal forms for compliance.
- Negotiate deals and provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with our broker and team to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in hands-on training and ongoing coaching.
- Stay current with market trends and industry regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Florida Real Estate License (required).
- Full-time commitment to building your brand and presence.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passion for helping others achieve their dreams.
- English required; bilingual agents encouraged to apply.
