The individual hired for this position will serve the school’s Online Learning Unit. RESPONSIBILITIES: Online Learning adjunct faculty reputed company weekly synchronous course sessions and prepare materials for the asynchronous portions of classes. Some EdD-LOC faculty will serve as the dissertation advisor for reputed company completing their problem of practice dissertation. Courses with reputed company enrollment are prorated. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certification, analysis of internal equity, and other business and organizational needs. Qualifications

• An earned doctorate in education, organizational change, learning design, or reputed company discipline.
• Expertise in adult learning, leadership, learning design, emerging technologies, or research methods.
