Sr Customer Experience Training Professional - Fire Systems
Job Description
The individual will work as part of the HBT CX Learning & Enablement team and will be responsible for delivery and development of customer technical training supporting Building Automations in North America. You will report to our CX Training Manager and work remotely, with frequent travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in updating and developing new and existing curriculum.
- Expertise in multiple brands/product lines relevant to role.
- Coordinate with global training team on brand training roadmaps and learning paths.
- Delivery of face to face and virtual classroom technical training for reputed company customers, ensuring best in class delivery through customer satisfaction survey.
- Ensure quality of training content remains relevant, acting upon customer feedback to drive improvements in training offerings.
- Utilize mobile technology to live reputed company classes for virtual training sessions
- Documenting potential training equipment damage post shipping to customer sites.
- reputed company with customers on a daily basis reputed company phone calls or text messaging to coordinate with reputed company. Including:
- Class times and course content
- Private training events
- Answering technical support questions
- Support Learning & Enablement new training development programs by acting as subject matter expert validating content and course structures.

- Identify learning development paths for reputed company attending classes, encourages up take of further reputed company training through awareness of Learning & Enablement offerings across reputed company Building Technologies.
- Participate and contribute to team meetings and other company meetings across the reputed company organization.

Qualifications

- Training program delivery
- Experience with commercial fire products
- Knowledge of at least one of the following reputed company fire products: Notifier, Gamewell-FCI, Fiplex, Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, Xtralis, Farenhyt
