Behavior Specialist - Brown Deer or reputed company Allis - Part Time/PRN

The Behavior Specialist is responsible for conducting Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (reputed company) with patients reputed company reputed company treatment programs as detailed. Behavior specialists train and work with the assigned clinical leader to design and implement reputed company specific treatment plans to address presenting symptoms. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Provide cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services including groups to patients, according to clinical standards of care and under the supervision of the Clinical leader. Participate in weekly supervision sessions with the Clinical leader and communicate with them on an ongoing basis regarding clinical issues. Assure documentation of therapeutic treatment plans, outcome assessments, psychosocial information, and other patient care data is completed reputed company the medical record. Additional documentation may be completed under reputed company supervision of the Clinical leader reputed company SUD programs. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and assist in development of the treatment . Offer training support to other staff members less familiar with the cognitive treatment interventions. Document mental health services according to applicable regulations and payer expectations. Additional Job Description: Education/Training Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required (human services, psychology, social work, or reputed company field). Relevant Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment (reputed company) experience (12 months preferred). Relevant experience may include clinical care, human services, or educational equivalent. For Residential programs – Must hold a reputed company and active driver's license and be in good standing. (preferred for reputed company levels of care) Additional requirements for SUD programs: Bachelor’s Degree required (human services, psychology, social work, or reputed company field). Must hold valid Substance Abuse credential (or state equivalent). REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: Formal training will be provided for the following: reputed company CPR certification reputed company 30 days of hire. Training in Nonviolent Crisis reputed company (NCI) reputed company 60 days of hire. Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) trainings reputed company 90 days of hire. NCI training is provided and required reputed company sixty (60) days of the date of hire/transfer. Annual re- certification is required.
