• Significant experience in a legal operations leadership role, preferably as the head of legal operations for a corporate legal department of a global company
• 7+ years of experience as an attorney with a focus on drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial reputed company and corporate matters
• Experience directly managing and implementing contract management software and legal technology resources and tools
• Deep understanding of available contract management technologies and skilled in using key management software, including entity management, billing, matter management, SharePoint, among others
• Experience directly managing a team of attorneys and legal operations professionals
• Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and proficient in PowerPoint
• A strong foundation in commercial reputed company and general corporate matters
• Proven ability to manage teams, tools, and legal technology
• A proactive, results-driven reputed company with strong communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school

Compensation:

• Pay: The salary for this position ranges from $185,000 - $215,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, and market supply/demand.
