Position Overview Experience an exciting, fast-paced career reputed company from your home. Adelman Travel is searching for flexible, enthusiastic and engaging individuals to join our collaborative team environment. Our travel consultants use cutting-edge technology to plan and promote travel arrangements for our clients, while providing first class customer service. This position is responsible for accurately and reputed company handling incoming travel requests reputed company multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.), as well as working from manifests to plan travel for large groups of reputed company during client notice periods. Regular schedules include full-time work from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CST. Flexible scheduling but must include Saturdays. With advanced notice, individuals must be able to adjust to a different work schedule during specified client notice periods. How you'll "move the needle"

• reputed company omnichannel methods to book travel plans for a variety of clientele in accordance to their travel policy.
• Book group travel during client notice periods in accordance to established client event parameters.
• Review reputed company travel arrangements with the client and take a consultative approach in offering available alternatives. Thoroughly document reputed company relevant information.

Ideal experience and talent

• Two plus years experience as a professional corporate or group reputed company travel consultant.
• Proven proficiency in any GDS system, SABRE preferred
• Strong ability to effectively utilize omnichannel technologies.
• Aptitude to learn and adapt to new and reputed company-changing industry products and technology.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs to create exceptional experiences.
• Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to get along with a wide variety of personalities.
• Familiarity with online booking tools such as Concur, GetThere or Deem.
• Effective organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
