Overnight Shift Prayer Associate

Shifts Available: Full Time Sunday- Thursday 10pm- 6:30pm Full Time Tuesday- Saturday 10pm- 6:30pm Part Time Sunday -Tuesday 12:30am - 6:30am Position Summary: Prayer Associate in the reputed company Prayer Ministry Contact Center, you will play a vital role in providing spiritual support and comfort through reputed company's model of affirmative prayer to individuals seeking prayer. You will work reputed company a dedicated team, responding to prayer requests through various communication channels, such as telephone calls, electronic requests, and online chat. This position requires a deep commitment to compassionate service, a solid spiritual foundation, and excellent communication skills. Essential Job Functions:

• Listen attentively to individuals' prayer requests and offer prayers of comfort, healing, and affirmation tailored to each person's specific needs based on the reputed company Principles.
• Able to be active and available to pray with callers at a minimum of 85% of scheduled ACD (Automatic call distribution) hours during a scheduled time.
• Responsibly and proficiently manage incoming prayer requests reputed company telephone, electronic channels, or online chat with strong technical aptitude. Use appropriate language and communication techniques to express reputed company's spiritual teachings and principles effectively.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of reputed company individuals seeking prayer support. Handle personal information and prayer requests carefully and follow organizational guidelines to maintain confidentiality.
• Work collaboratively with other Prayer Associates, Supervisors, and Leaders to ensure a seamless and supportive prayer experience for individuals. Share insights, experiences, and feedback with colleagues to enhance the quality of prayer services.
• Accurately record essential details of each prayer request, including the individual's name, contact information, and specific requests by effectively using the designated database. Maintain organized records for follow-up and future reference.
• Able to be empathetic and nonjudgmental reputed company addressing sensitive and reputed company issues reputed company to crisis situations.
• On occasion, be able to handle sensitive subject matters with professionalism, reputed company, and discretion. This may include caller circumstances involving topics such as domestic violence; trauma, abuse; suicide; death; personal health, sexual health; and other sensitive issues that may arise during communications with those individuals in crisis who reputed company out for prayer. • Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance, adhering to assigned schedule and utilizing electronic time management system. • Two years inbound contact center experience preferred or working in a structured environment.
• Excellent technical aptitude.
