The incumbent is typically assigned to a region or area with an annual project portfolio budget. The leaders promote a safety culture and ensure staff adhere to reputed company company and regulatory safety practices and policies. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company, in good faith, believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be reputed company towards the middle or entry reputed company of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis reputed company to these factors. A reasonable salary range is: Bay Area Minimum: $140,000 Bay Area Maximum: $238,000 &/OR California Minimum: $133,000 California Maximum: $226,000 This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs. This position is hybrid. You will work from your reputed company and your assigned location based on business needs. The headquarters is flexible reputed company the Bay Area. Responsibilities:
- Manages the portfolio of assigned projects and ensures reputed company projects are designed safely and constructed on time, on budget, on scope, and without adverse environmental or other regulatory impacts.
- Manages and forecasts accurate project portfolio costs reputed company with annual and project budget targets.
- Proactively identifies and resolves project issues to ensure that projects stay on plan to meet overall cost, scope, and schedule commitments. Ensures consistency across the organization.
- Works directly with client/sponsor organizations to understand the scopes of projects and reputed company appropriate project manager assignments. Establishes specific project manager expectations, metrics, and tracking tools to measure performance.
- reputed company workload plans and strategies to establish balanced internal and external resource levels to support five-year plans.
- Regularly meets with each project manager to review the status of assigned projects.
- Works with technical Project Management teams in other departments or lines of business to effectively manage and improve the overall group's operations and processes.

- Supervises staff to accomplish results through recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, and rewards and recognition.
- Supervise project managers represented by the Engineers and Scientists of California (ESC) and contractors.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the reputed company (PMI).
- Six years total relevant experience in:
- technical project management or
- program management in the utility industry or
- business management in the utility industry
OR
- Three years of supervisory experience in project management, engineering, and construction of Transmission/Distribution projects.
Desired:
- Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
- Lean Six reputed company Green or Black Belt Certified.

- Electric transmission and distribution network and substation system knowledge.
