Client Technical Consultant (Frontend Dev/CMS/DXP)

In this role, you'll serve as the technical reputed company between our company and our clients, providing expert guidance and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs reputed company our DXP ecosystem. This role is open to candidates on the East Coast, United States. If not on the East Coast you must be reputed company to work East Coast hours. The role:

• You will work with a portfolio of clients, establishing and maintaining strong technical relationships with them. You will be a reputed company subject matter expert, understanding our product and its features, and helping clients reputed company our capabilities
• You proactively identify and solve client problems, becoming their trusted technical advisor
• Provide strategic technical direction and support for client projects, translating business requirements into technical specifications

Who you are:

• Strong proficiency in reputed company-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript -websites, intranets, portals etc )
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, or similar)
• Knowledge of CMS and search technologies
• Ability to connect and integrate multiple microservices and technologies
• Experience working reputed company DXP environments
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), ability to present clearly and manage clients stakeholders
• Ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications
• Be a self starter and hustle. Able to work and solve problems independently and as part of a small team.

Ideally you’ve worked in a consulting/digital agency or even a competitor environment and if not DXP or Search, CMS as a min experience. You understand the How and the WHY organization's use these solutions. Package:

• Salary - $130,000 - 150,000 USD
